一、背景

南京市炼油厂小学位于扬子江畔、风景秀丽的栖霞山麓、全国闻名的大型石化企业——金陵石化炼油厂生活区内。现有28个教学班，在校学生800多人，是栖霞街道范围内规模最大的一所小学。学校成立于1968年，原名“南京炼油厂职工子弟小学”，是一所具有50年发展历史的老校。学校总面积达10719㎡，建筑面积6564㎡，，活动总面积6200㎡。学校建有3幢教学楼和1座综合楼，拥有24个标准教室、1个阅览室、1个心理教育健康中心，2个机房、2个科学实验室、3个音乐室、1个多功能厅、1个舞蹈房等多间专用教室，实现校园网络班班通。

The Background

    Nanjing Refinery Primary School is located by the Yangtze River, just beside the  beautiful Qixia Mountain, in the Jinling Refinery Living Area.It’s the biggest primary school in Qixia Town with 28 classes and more than 800 students. The school is an old school with 50 years history. It was founded in 1968. The original name is "Nanjing Refinery Workers 'Children's Primary School". The total area of the school is 10719㎡.There are three teaching buildings and one comprehensive building.There are 24 classrooms, one library, one Psychological Education Health Center, two computer rooms, two science laboratories, three music rooms, one multifunctional room , one dancing room and some other specified classrooms.Also,we make sure every classroom can get to the Internet.

 1.文化核心：润泽

孔子的《礼记》，比德如玉、温润而泽。“润”是一种行为的艺术，教师对学生的教育与影响是春风化雨般的，是“随风潜入夜，润物细无声” 的。泽：光亮湿润，是教育教学成果的呈现方式。学生在学校、教师的教育行为影响下有良好的品行、优秀的素养，成人成才, 教育就是一种浸润，如甘露般滋润万物，如玉 石般滋养他人。这种心平气和、顺应自然的教育方式福泽孩子的一生！

1. Core of culture: Irrigation and Cultivation

   “A gentleman should compare his virtues with beautiful jade.”in Confucius’s words, from the Book of Rites. "Irrigation" is an art of behaviors. Teachers' education and influence on students are like spring breeze and rain. “Cultivation” is the way of presenting educational and teaching achievements. Under the influence of school and teacher's educational behaviors, students have good character and excellent accomplishment. When they grow up, education is a kind of infiltration. This calm and natural way of education influence and benefit children's life!

三、学校人文环境优美

校园环境建设也紧紧围绕文化理念打造。“施泽潭”清流层泻，暗泉汩汩，游鱼嬉于石缝水草间。嵌“润泽”二字之诗句镌于大理石墙面，彰显着主题文化。碧桐大道——“碧桐”一词代表茂密、葱郁的梧桐林，既显得很有生机，又营造出一种清静、祥和的学习氛围；代表学校既要培养具备玉一样品质的学生，又具备梧桐树那样高洁、正直品性的人才。

一字排开的三幢教学楼以润字命名为“习润”、“和润”、“慧润”，意喻创设和谐氛围、追求智慧教育、倡导在做中学，学中做来践行我们的办学理念。 “朗润亭”“闲润亭”各居操场一隅，是学生们平时憩息、玩耍的好去处。

 

The graceful scene of humanistic environment

   Campus environment construction is also closely built around cultural concepts. The water in"Shi Ze Tan" flows, clear spring gurgling, cute fish swimming.The poems embedding the word "Run Ze" are engraved on the marble wall, which highlights the theme culture. Wutong Avenue - the word "Bi Tong" stands for the dense and lush Wutong forest, which not only appears very lively, but also creates a quiet and peaceful learning atmosphere. It represents that the school should cultivate students with the same quality as jade, but also the talents with the noble and upright character of Wutong tree.

The three teaching buildings are named "Xi Run", "He Run" and "Hui Run". It means creating a harmonious atmosphere, pursuing wisdom education, advocating learning by practising."Lang Run Pavilion" and "Xian Run Pavilion" live in each corner of the playground, which is a good place for students to rest and play during their break time.

 

四、重视特色发展，硕果累累

在几代炼小人的努力下，学校走内涵发展之路，在“润泽”办学理念引领下，炼小积淀了浓厚的文化底蕴，形成了具有自己独特办学理念，近几年来，学校重视心理教育发展工作，学校硬件设施齐全，建有规范的心理健康教育中心。心理教育成绩显著：2015年我校心理成功创建南京市心理咨询室；2017年学校成功创建南京市心理健康示范中心；2018年荣获南京市心理健康教育特色学校；学校的“心灵成长营”荣获栖霞区特色项目称号。

    心理教育特色的发展，促进了学校各项工作的进步，近三年先后被授予“南京市德育先进学校”、“南京市示范学校”“江苏省平安校园”、“南京市绿色校园”、南京市教科研基地学校、南京市中小学科技创新“星光基地”、江苏省科学教育特色学校；此外，立足课外课程的越剧、校园足球、花样跳绳在栖霞区、南京市，具有一定的影响力。

   我们坚信，在炼小全体教职工努力下，炼小有着更加美好的未来！

Attaching importance to the development of characteristics and achieving fruitful results

     With the efforts of generations of our teachers, the school takes the road of connotative development. Under the guidance of the “Run Ze” concept, we accumulate a strong cultural heritage and form our own unique concept. In recent years, the school attaches great importance to the development of psychological education. The school has complete hardware facilities and has established a standardized mental health education center. Psychological education has made remarkable achievements: in 2015, our school successfully established the Nanjing Psychological Consultation Room; in 2017, our school successfully established the Nanjing Psychological Health Demonstration Center; in 2018, we won the Nanjing Psychological Health Education Characteristic School; and the school's "Psychological Growth Camp" won the Qixia District Characteristic Project.

      The development of the characteristics of psychological education has promoted the progress of school work. In the past three years, it has been awarded "Nanjing Advanced School of Moral Education", "Nanjing Demonstration School", "Jiangsu Safe Campus", "Nanjing Green Campus", "Nanjing Science and Research Base School", "Starlight Base" of Science and Technology Innovation in Primary and Secondary Schools in Nanjing, and "Jiangsu Science and Education Characteristic School". The extra-curricular courses of Shaoxing opera, football club and fancy rope jumping have certain influence in Qixia District and Nanjing.
